Opened shrink wrapped items (like media items DVD or music CDs & some Bibles) are non returnable.All items must be complete and returned in resale condition. The dollar amount of the refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with original contents and original re-saleable condition. Refunds mailed by check within 2 weeks of returned items.
